1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the panalo Casino website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by panalo, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the panalo platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification. Panalo is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your panalo login credentials. You agree to notify panalo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Panalo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your panalo account at any time by contacting our support team. Panalo reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where required by law, regulatory directive, or for breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Panalo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to accounts held with BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your panalo wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to two (2) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to two (2) business days. Panalo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the relevant pages of the panalo platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at panalo's discretion.

4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Panalo does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General. Panalo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panalo platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the panalo platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the panalo platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the panalo platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the panalo platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing panalo staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panalo Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

10.2 Panalo's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit panalo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Panalo Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 12. Amendments to These Terms

Panalo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the panalo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
