3.3 KYC Verification. Panalo is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys national ID) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Panalo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to accounts held with BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted for deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your panalo wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to two (2) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to two (2) business days. Panalo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the relevant pages of the panalo platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at panalo's discretion.
4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Panalo does not accept deposits funded by credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.1 General. Panalo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
